november 17, 2007 @ MOCA. neptune performs with handmade guitars and was making up for their canceled performance when their van broke down. MV/EE is matt valentine & erika elder, their last performance in cleveland was also at the church before it was shutdown. it was good to see many people with cameras, vid-cams and lawrence with his digital audio microphone. dord has posted a preview utube video of neptunes final song. brin video taped this entire event along with noel and if/when they get that online, i’ll post the links here. my photos are here. neptune preview from dord. |

the gowns have an awesome new album out titled ‘red state‘ and i had a chance to listen to it more thoroughly on my ride up to chicago and back earlier this day. roue & low lamps [brian straw] had real nice sets as well this night. below are a couple MP3s off of the gowns latest ‘red state’. the photos are here. |

december 31, 2006 self destruct button, machine go boom, brian straw, poor sailor, plazma for guns, the bears & others performed these two neighboring art spaces including the ‘zombie proof recording studio’ on east 36th street. machine go boom went on later than expected and so was not captured here. the photos are here. |
