the greek fest is an original summer "kickoff" event in cleveland that has great greek food and an awesome greek dance party later after dinner.

andy and linda have been touting the late night dance activities at greek-fest for some years now but i never hung around for the dancing until tonight which had andy celebrating his birthday, greek-fest style..

what a way to go out. VC played damn near everything and a few encores amongst friends. everyone left happy and most were completely drained. friends of VC: coffinberry and bralle drivers opened the night with very electric sets, their shots will be added to VC’s last show gallery real soon now.

neil blender performed a happy birthday set for john this night that was quite fun. john and stan wrestled for a bit on the candy-heart strewn floor.  NB provided the musical moment as well as the navies.

a annual cleveland festival devoid of any corporate sponsors adds a surreal feel to this largely popular local celebration that features local and regional music, arts and alternative politics.

most if not all vendors are local and have mostly original art as well as music and of course, food at a very reasonable price.

nearly half of my shots consisted of the peoples that attended the event and the the rest with the 20th year anniversary of the return of "ital" to the HSF.

amps II eleven played the beachland ballroom along with cobra verde whom headlined and also lords of the highway.

it would be hard for much to impress me after seeing last nights gig but the electric six played with "VHS or beta", two very sexy bands though VHS or beta lost a lot of the crowd when they took the stage after E6 finished at this show at the grog..
