lives of the saints & big black africa videos

a couple "lives of the saints" videos are now uploaded and are posted below. i went into this project at asterisk thinking that the lighting would be excellent like the previous rock show. i found out upon arrival that they decided on "mood" lighting and had turned out half the lights.. i’ve borrowed andy’s camera thinking that it would be an ideal time to produce my first dual-camera event (1 camera on tripod 20′ back) though without the full lighting the tripod cam would not result in as crisp as picture as i was hoping an was used little in finished project. i did use both audio clips mixed to provide a little better sound which is still over-modulated and that is typical of videos done with cameras lacking gain control at very loud shows. lives of the saints “the disappointment (2004)” asterisk gallery april 29, 2004 5:03 —————————- “an enemy, burning” april 29, 2004 2:42 ————————– big black africa asterisk gallery “the seed” april 29, 2004 4:10 |
